EO 14329 Addressing Threats to the United States by the Government of the Russian Federation

EO 14328 Establishing the White House Task Force on the 2028 Summer Olympics

Creates a federal task force to coordinate U.S. preparations for hosting the 2028 Summer Olympic Games in Los Angeles. Directs agencies to work with state, local, and private partners to ensure security, transportation, and infrastructure readiness; promote American athletes and cultural exchange; and maximize economic, tourism, and diplomatic benefits. The task force will also streamline federal support for Olympic organizers and safeguard the Games from security, logistical, or political disruptions.

EO 14327 President’s Council on Sports, Fitness, and Nutrition, and the Reestablishment of the Presidential Fitness Test

Revives and updates the President’s Council on Sports, Fitness, and Nutrition to promote physical activity, healthy eating, and youth athletic participation nationwide. Restores the Presidential Fitness Test as a benchmark for student health and physical preparedness, encouraging schools to improve physical education programs. The order also strengthens collaboration between federal agencies, schools, athletic organizations, and the private sector to combat obesity, improve nutrition, and expand community sports opportunities.

EO 14326 Further Modifying the Reciprocal Tariff Rates

Amends prior executive orders on trade to adjust reciprocal tariff rates with foreign nations, ensuring fair treatment for U.S. exports and imports under updated trade agreements. Directs the U.S. Trade Representative, in coordination with the Departments of State, Treasury, and Commerce, to revise tariff schedules in response to changes in international obligations and economic conditions. Seeks to protect American industries, encourage balanced trade, and maintain compliance with global trade rules.

EO 14325 Amendment to Duties To Address the Flow of Illicit Drugs Across Our Northern Border 

Strengthens federal authority to combat drug trafficking from Canada by amending existing tariff and trade measures. The order directs agencies to increase inspections, restrict imports linked to illicit drug operations, and coordinate with Canadian authorities to disrupt cross-border smuggling networks. It reinforces penalties for entities facilitating drug shipments, closes loopholes in customs enforcement, and ensures trade policy supports national anti-drug objectives. This amendment builds on prior executive actions to secure the northern border and protect American communities from foreign-sourced narcotics. 

EO 14324 Suspending Duty-Free De Minimis Treatment for All Countries 

Ends the practice of allowing small-value imports to enter the U.S. duty-free, closing a loophole widely exploited by foreign sellers to evade tariffs and import controls. The order applies to all countries, directing agencies to immediately collect duties and enforce customs requirements on all shipments regardless of value. It seeks to level the playing field for American manufacturers and retailers, reduce the influx of counterfeit and unsafe goods, and strengthen supply chain security. The measure builds on previous trade actions to ensure that U.S. tariff laws are applied consistently and fairly. 

EO 14323 Addressing Threats to the United States by the Government of Brazil 

Imposes targeted restrictions and sanctions on the Government of Brazil in response to actions deemed hostile to U.S. national security and foreign policy interests. The order blocks certain property and transactions, restricts trade in sensitive technologies, and limits access to U.S. financial systems for designated Brazilian entities and officials. It directs federal agencies to enhance monitoring, coordinate with allies, and take steps to counter espionage, cyber threats, and malign influence originating from or supported by the Brazilian government. The action reaffirms U.S. commitment to defending its sovereignty and safeguarding critical infrastructure against foreign threats.
